ED PROPERTY.
The City Council of the City of New-
port Beach does ofaln as follows:
SECTION I: Section 3401 of the New-
port Beach Municipal Code I. amended
to read-
"SECT]
ON 3404. Unclaimed Property.
All Property coming into the posses-
sion of the Newport Beach Police De-
partment, the ownership of which is
unknown to the Police Department,
and which .remains unclaimed, shall
be kept by the Police Department in
a Safe plaq for a Reflect of non less
than three months, In the case of
