SECTION 21. Section 3268.1 of the N e w p a r f Beach Municipal Code is amended to read- "SECTION 3268.1. ANGLE PARKING STREETS. Upon the following des- cribed streets, all parking of motor vehicles shall be angle parking: Lido Park Drive, southwesterly side only, from 23fh Street to a Paint 405' northwesterly. McFadden Place, from Balboa Bou- levard to Ocean Front. (a) Except as otherwise Pro - vided in this section, no person shall stand Or park any vehicle, Wagon Or handcart from which any product is sold, displayed, solicited or offered for sale or bartered or exchanged on any Portion of any street within the city, except that persons with a business liceese to sell from such vehicles, wagons or handcarts may Stand or Part: them only at the request of a bona fide purchaser for a Period of time not to exceed ten (10) minutes at any one place. The provisions of this subsection shall not apply to per- sons call ering such articles upon or- der Of or by agreement with a cus- tomer from a store ar other fixed Place of business or distribution.
