NEWPORT HARBOR ENSIGN AMENDING THE NEWPORT
BEACH MUNICIPAL CODE,
ARTICLE IX, CHAPTER IV,
BY REPEALING SECTION
9104.14 RELATING TO
CHANGES IN SETBACKS
The City Council of the City
of Newport Beach does ordain
as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 9104.14
of the Newport Beach Municipal
Code is repealed.
SECTION 2. This ordinance
