ORDINANCE NO. 1147
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH
ESTABLISHING A SETBACK LINE AND AMENDING
DISTRICT MAP NO'S, 22 AND 25
The City Council of the City of Newport Beach does
ordain as follows:
SECTION 1, District Map No's, 22 and 25 referred to
in Section 9102.2 of the Newport Beach Municipal Code and made
a part of Article IX of said Code is amended, and the following
setback line is hereby established for the hereinafter described
real property in the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange,
State of California, as follows:
The front building setback line for Lots 6 and 7
of Tract 5854, as per map recorded in Book 213, Pages
38 and 39, Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County,
California, shall be ten feet (10').
SECTION 2, The Planning Director of the City of New-
port Beach is hereby instructed and directed to change District
Map No's. 22 and 25 so as to show the building setback line
established in Section 1 hereof; and, as said District Map No's.
22 and 25 shall have been so amended, the same shall remain in
full force and effect and be a part of Article IX of the Newport
Beach Municipal Code.
SECTION 3. This ordinance was introduced at a regular
meeting of the City Council of the City of Newport Beach held on
the 13th day of December, 1965, and was adopted on the 27th day.
of December 1965 by the following vote, to wit:
