ORDINANCE NO. 1218
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH REPEALING
SECTIONS 12.08.040, 12.08.090, 12.28.030 AND 12.56.150
OF TITLE 12 OF THE NEWPORT BEACH MUNICIPAL CODE RE-
LATING TO VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC
The City Council of the City of Newport Beach does
ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 12.08.040 of the Newport Beach
Municipal Code entitled "Clinging to Moving Vehicles" is re-
pealed.
SECTION 2. Section 12.08.090 of the Newport Beach
Municipal Code entitled "Unlawful Riding" is repealed.
SECTION 3. Section 12.28.030 of the Newport Beach
Municipal Code entitled "Obedience to No -turn Signs" is repealed.
SECTION 4. Section 12.56.150 of the Newport Beach
Municipal Code entitled "Riding Regulations" is repealed.
SECTION 5. This ordinance shall be published once in
the official newspaper of the City, and the same shall be effec-
tive 30 days after the date of its adoption.
This ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Newport Beach held on the k
