ORDINANCE NO. 1 0
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH ADDING
SECTION 12.60.030 TO THE NEWPORT BEACH MUNICIPAL
CODE RELATING TO THE ESTABLISHMENT OF CROSSWALKS
The City Council of the City of Newport Beach does ordain
as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 12.60.030 is added to the Newport
Beach Municipal Code to read:
"12.60.030 Exception to Section 12.60.020 -- Crosswalk
on Via Lido Near Central Avenue. As an exception to the
limitation set for—th in the second sentence of Section
12.60.020, a crosswalk is hereby established on Via Lido at
a location 130 feet east of the east curb line of Central
Avenue and the City Traffic Engineer is directed to appro-
priately mark said crosswalk."
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be published once in
the official newspaper of the City, and the same shall be effec-
tive 30 days after the date of its adoption.
This ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Newport Beach held on the 22„ca
day of U& , 1967, and was adopted on the 721b day
of Jumo , 1967, by the following vote, to wit:
