AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH
REZONING PROPERTY, ADOPTING DISTRICT MAP
NO. 59 AND AMENDING DISTRICT MAP NO. 29
The City Council of the City of Newport Beach does
ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. The map designated DISTRICTING MAP CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH, CALIFORNIA, is hereby amended by adding thereto
Map No. 59, three copies of each of which are on file in the office
of the City Clerk, which maps are hereby adopted by reference
pursuant to Section 415 of the City Charter and are made a part
of Title 20 of the Newport Beach Municipal Code in accordance
with Section 20.06.030 thereof.
SECTION 2. The following described real property in
the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of California,
to wit:
All of Lots 1 through 14, inclusive, Tract 2467,
as shown on a map recorded in Book 110, pages 15 -16
of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County;
Lots 1 through 10, inclusive, Tract 2052, as shown
on a map recorded in Book 91, page 9 of Miscellaneous
Maps, Records of Orange County; Lots 9 through 33,
inclusive, Tract 3282, as shown on a map recorded
in Book 102, pages 49 -50 of Miscellaneous Maps,
Records of Orange County; Lots 1 through 18,
inclusive, Tract 5178, as shown on a map recorded
in Book 234, pages 43 -44 of Miscellaneous Maps,
Records of Orange County; portion of Lot 247,
Newport Heights Tract, as shown on a map recorded
in Book 4, page 83 of Miscellaneous Maps, Records

more particularly described in the legal description
attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and by reference
thereto incorporated herein and made a part hereof
as though set forth at length.
Containing 57.132 acres more or less
as shown on District Maps Nos. 29 and 59, referred to in Section
20.06.030 of the Newport Beach Municipal Code, and made a part
of Title 20 of said Code, is hereby rezoned from an Unclassified
District to an R -1 -B -2 District and said District Maps Nos. 29
and 59 are hereby amended to show this zoning change.
SECTION 3. The Planning Director of the City of Newport
Beach is hereby instructed and directed to change District Maps
Nos. 29 and 59 so as to show the zoning changes described in
Section 2 hereof and as said District Maps shall have been so
amended, the same shall be in full force and effect and be a
part of Title 20 of the Newport Beach Municipal Code.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be published once in
the official newspaper of the City, and the same shall be
effective 30 days after the date of its adoption.
