AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH
AMENDING SECTION 19.24.110 OF THE NEWPORT
BEACH.MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO TREE
PLANTING IN NEW SUBDIVISIONS
The City Council of the City of Newport Beach does
ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 19.24.110 of the Newport Beach
Municipal Code is amended to read:
1119.24.110 Street Trees. Street trees shall be
required and planted in accordance with specifications
established by the Park, Beaches and Recreation Department.
A $3.00 inspection fee will be charged for the installation
of every tree. The fee is payable upon approval of the final
tract map."
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be published once in
fe the official newspaper of the City, and the same shall be
effective 30 days after the date of its adoption.
This ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Newport Beach held on the 22nd
day of June , 1970, and was adopted on the 13th
day of July , 1970, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES, COUNCILMEN: McInnis, Kvmla,
Rogers, Hirth, Croul, Dostal, Parsons
NOES, COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT COUNCILMEN:
