• <br />• <br />ORDINANCE NO. 14 7 3 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH <br />REZONING PROPERTY AND AMENDING DISTRICTING <br />MAP NO. 1 <br />The City Council of the City of Newport Beach <br />DOES ORDAIN as follows: <br />SECTION 1. The following described real property <br />in the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of <br />California, to wit: <br />Lot 9 of Block 9, Seashore Colony Tract, <br />located at 210 Grant Street between West <br />Coast Highway and Canal Street in Newport <br />Shores as shown on the map in Book 45, <br />Page 4, of Miscellaneous Maps in the office <br />of the County Recorder of Orange County, <br />as shown on Districting Map No. 1, referred to in Section 20.06.030 <br />of the Newport Beach Municipal Code, and by such reference made <br />a part of Title 20 of said Code, is hereby rezoned from a C -1 -H <br />District to an R -2 District, and a front yard setback of ten <br />feet is hereby established and said Districting Map No. 1 is <br />hereby amended to show this zoning change. <br />SECTION 2. The Director of the Community Development <br />Department of the City of Newport Beach is hereby instructed <br />and directed to, change:Districting Map No. 1 to show the zoning <br />changes as described in Section 1 hereof, and, as said District- <br />ing Map shall have been so amended, the same shall be in full <br />force and effect and be a part of Title 20 of the Newport Beach <br />Municipal Code. <br />SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be published once <br />in the official newspaper of the City, and the same shall be <br />effective 30 days after the date of its adoption. <br />This ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Newport Beach held on the <br />-1- <br />
