AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH
AMENDING SECTION 12.66.040 OF THE NEWPORT
BEACH MUNICIPAL CODE TO PROVIDE FOR APPLI-
CATION OF VEHICLE CODE TO PRIVATE STREETS
IN "NEWPORT CREST" DEVELOPMENT

The City Council of the City of Newport Beach DOES
ORDAIN as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 12.66.040 of the Newport Beach
Municipal Code is amended to read:
"12.66.040 Application of Vehicle Code to Private
Roads in Newport Crest. The provisions of the California
Vehicle Code shall apply to the following private streets
in the Newport Crest residential development in the City
of Newport Beach:
Intrepid Street
Goodwill Court
Wild Goose Court
Mojo Court
Kialoa Court
Gretel Court
Robon Court
Aries Court
Summer Wind Court
Odyssey Court
Ina Loa Court
Fall Court
Swift Court
Barlovento Court
Baruna Court
Serena Court
Kamalii Court
Escapade Court
Encore Court
Tribute Court
Columbia Street."
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be published once in
the official newspaper of the City, and the same shall be effec-
tive 30 days after the date of its adoption.
This ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Newport Beach held on the 15th
day of December , 1972 , and was adopted on the 8th
day of January , 1973 , by the following vote, to wit:
AYES, COUNCILMEN: McInnis, Rogers, Croul,
Dostal, Kymla, Ryckoff, Store
NOES, COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT, COUNCILMEN: None
