ORDINANCE NO. 1496
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH
AMENDING A PORTION OF DISTRICTING MAP NO. 13
The City Council of the City of Newport Beach DOES
ORDAIN as follows:
SECTION 1. Sixteen -foot side yard setbacks are hereby
established on the east side of Lots 9, 14 and 19 and on the
west side of Lots 10 and 15 of the following described real
property;
Portions of Lots 9, 10, 14, 15 and 19 in Beacon
Bay., as shown on record of survey, Book 9,
Pages 42 and 43, as recorded in the Office
of the County Recorder, Orange County, California,
as shown on Districting Map No. 13, referred to in Section 20.06.030
of the Newport Beach Municipal Code, and by such reference made
a part of Title 20 of said Code, and said Districting Map No.
13 is hereby amended to include said setbacks.
SECTION 2. The Director of the Community Development
Department of the City of Newport Beach is hereby instructed
and directed to change Districting Map No. 13 to show the change
described in Section 1 hereof, and as said Districting Map shall
have been so amended, the same shall be in full force and effect
and be a part of Title 20 of the Newport Beach Municipal Code.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be published once in
the official newspaper of the City, and the same shall be
effective 30 days after the date of its adoption.
This ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting
of the City Council of the City of Newport Beach held on the

9th day of April 1973, and was adopted on the
23rd day of aril 1973, by the following vote,
to wit:
