ORDINANCE NO. 1512
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH
REZONING PROPERTY AND AMENDING DISTRICTING
MAP NO. 37
The City Council of the City of Newport Beach does
ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. The following described real property in
the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of California,
to wit:
That portion of Lots "B" and "G" of Tract 3867 as
shown on a map of Tract 3867, recorded in Book
301, Pages 40 through 46, of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of Orange County, California, described
as follows:
BEGINNING at the easterly terminus of the center-
line of Bayside Drive as shown on said Tract 3867,
said easterly terminus also being in the westerly
line of Lot "E" as shown on said Tract 3867;
thence South 84 046 133" East, 119.22 feet along
the easterly prolongation of said Bayside Drive
to a point in the westerly line of Lot "B" as
shown on said Tract 3867; said point also being
the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING of this description;
thence continuing along said prolongation South
84 046 133" East, 90.47 feet to an angle point therein;
thence South 84 048 156" East, 462.85 feet to the
easterly boundary of said Tract 3867; thence along
said easterly boundary North 5 011 104" East, 10.00
feet to the centerline of Bayside Drive (relocated)
as shown on said Tract 3867; thence along said
centerline of Bayside Drive (relocated) the following
courses: North 84 048 156" West, 9.54 feet to the
beginning of a tangent curve, concave northeasterly,
and having a radius of 800.00 feet; thence north-
westerly along said curve 487.59 feet through a
central angle of 34 055115 "; thence tangent to said
curve North 49 053141" West, 85.33 feet; thence
leaving said centerline South 40 006 119" West, 48.99
feet to the northwesterly corner of said Lot "B ";
thence along the westerly line of said Lot "B ";
South 0 054 102" West, 163;11'feet to the.TRUE POINT
OF BEGINNING of this description.
CONTAINING: 0.974 acres, more or less gross.
SUBJECT TO: All Covenants, Rights, Rights -of -Way
and Easements of Record

as shown on Districting, Map No. 37, referred to in Section
20.06.030 of the Newport Beach Municipal Code, and by such
reference made a part of Title 20 of said Code, is hereby re-
zoned from a C -N -H District to an R -3 District, and said Dis-
tricting Map No. 37 is hereby amended to show this zoning
change.
SECTION 2. The Community Development Director of the
City of Newport Beach is hereby instructed and directed to change
Districting Map No. 37 so as to show the zoning changes described
in Section 1 hereof, and, as said Districting Map shall have been
so amended, the same shall be in full force and effect and be a
part of Title 20 of the Newport Beach Municipal Code.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be published once in
the official newspaper of the City, and the same shall be effec-
tive 30 days after the date of its adoption.
This ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Newport Beach held on the 27th
day of August 1973, and was adopted on the 10th
day of September , 1973, by the following vote, to wit:
