ORDINANCE NO. 1519
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH
REZONING PROPERTY AND AMENDING DISTRICTING
MAP NO. 21
The City Council of the City of Newport Beach does
ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. The following described real property
in the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of
California, to wit:
Lots 1 through 5, Tract 1718, as shown on the
map in Book 51, page 46 of Miscellaneous Maps
in the office of the County Recorder of Orange
County,
as shown on Districting Map No. 21, referred to in Section
20.060.030 of the Newport Beach Municipal Code, and by such
reference made a part of Title 20 of said Code, is hereby
rezoned from the "I" District to the R -3 District, and said
Districting Map No. 21 is hereby amended to show this zoning.
SECTION 2. The Director of the Community Develop-

This ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting
• of the City Council of the City of Newport Beach held on the
15th day of October 1973, and was adopted on the
29th day of October 1973, by the following vote,
to wit:
