Home My WebLink About1527 - Districting Map 45 & 46• NO. 1527 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH REZONING PROPERTY AND AMENDING DISTRICTING MAPS NOS. 45 AND 46 The City Council of the City of Newport Beach does ordain as follows: SECTION 1. The following described real property in the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of California, to wit: Lot 1, Tract 7852, as shown on the map in Book 302, pages 7 -9 inclusive of Miscellaneous Maps in the office of the County Recorder of Orange County, and Lots 1 through 4, Tract 7817, as shown on the map in Book 308, pages 33 through 34 of Miscellaneous Maps in the office of the County Recorder of Orange County, as shown on Districting Maps Nos. 45 and 20.06.030 of the Newport Beach Municipal made a part of Title 20 of said Code, is Unclassified and R -3 -B -2 Districts to th, trict, and said Districting Maps Nos. 45 to show this zoning. 46, referred to in Section Code, and by such reference hereby rezoned from the s Planned Community Dis- and 46 are hereby amended SECTION 2. The Director of the Community Development Department of the City of Newport Beach is hereby instructed and directed to change Districting Maps Nos. 45 and 46 to show the zoning changes described in Section 1 hereof, and as said Dis- tricting Maps shall have been so amended, the same shall be in full force and effect and be a part of Title 20 of the Newport Beach Municipal Code. SECTION 3.
