AMENDING PORTIONS OF DISTRICTING MAPS NO. 22 and 25
FROM THE UNCLASSIFIED ZONING DISTRICT TO THE
UNCLASSIFIED /MOBILE HOME PARK ZONING DISTRICT

The City Council of the City of Newport Beach DOES ORDAIN as
SECTION 1. The following described real property located in the
City of Newport, County of Orange, State of California, being:
Those portions of the First Addition to the Newport Mesa
Tract in the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State
of California, as per map filed in Book 8, Page 61 of
Miscellaneous Record Maps, in the Office of the County
Recorder of said County, described as follows:
DhDrCT. 1
The westerly half of Lot 915 of the First Addition to the
Newport Mesa Tract. Containing an area of 2.272 acres, more
or less.
PARCEL 2
The easterly half of Lot 915 of the First Addition to the
Newport Mesa Tract. Containing an area of 2.50 acres, more
or less.
VA rCT. I
Lot 916 of the First Addition to the Newport Mesa Tract.
Containing an area of 4.338 acres, more or less.
PARCEL 4
Lot 816 of the First Addition to the Newport Mesa Tract.
Containing an area of 4.268 acres. more or less.
PARCEL 5
The northerly 107 feet, easterly 454.1 feet (and northerly
114.35 feet, southerly 223 feet except the westerly 308.55
feet) of Lot 715 of the First Addition to the Newport Mesa
Tract. Containing an area of 1.703 acres, more or less.
as shown on Districting Maps No. 22 and 25, referred to in Section 20.01.050
of the Newport
Beach Municipal
Code, and by such reference made a part of
Title 20 of said Code, is hereby
amended
to change the land use designation of
said property
from the U Unclassified
District to the U /MHP Unclassified
District with a
Mobile Home Park
Overlay
Zone.
SECTION 2. The Planning Director of the City of Newport Beach is
hereby instructed and directed to change Districting Maps No. 22 and 25 to
reflect said change as described in Section 1 hereof, and as said Districting
Maps shall have been so amended, the same shall be in full force and effect
and be a part of Title 20 of the Newport Beach Municipal Code.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be published once in the official
newspaper of the City and the same shall be effective thirty days after the
date of its adoption.
This Ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Newport Beach, held on the 13th day of
December ,'8? and was adopted on the 10th day of January, 183 , by
