AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH AMENDING SECTION 6.04,055(C)(ii)
OF THE NEWPORT BEACH MUNICIPAL CODE PERTAINING
• TO MECHANICAL BLOWERS,
The City Council of the City of Newport Beach does hereby
ordain as follows:
Section 1: The provisions of Section 6,04.055(C)(ii) of
the Newport Beach Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as
follows:
Any person who operates any mechanical blower between the
hours of 6 :00 P.M. and 8:00 A.M. shall be guilty of an
infraction.
Section 2: All other provisions of Section 6.04,055
shall remain in full force and effect.
Section 3: The Mayor shall sign and the City Clerk shall
attest to the passage of this Ordinance. The City Clerk shall
cause the same to be published once in the official newspaper
within fifteen (15) days after its adoption.
Section 4: This Ordinance was introduced at a regular
meeting of the City Council of the City of Newport Beach held on
the 8th day of June , 1987, and adopted on the 22nd day
• of June 1987, by the following vote, to -wit:
