Whereas, the public interest and also the public conven-
ience requires, the same, it is therefore the intention of said
Board of Trustees of the city of Newport Beach to order the grade
to be established and certain work done or improvement made upon a
portion of certain streets in the city of Newport Beach, which
streets are referred to in this resolution of intention by the name
by which they are commonly known;
Section 1- Resolved, that that portion of the streetstpon which
it is the intention of the Board of Trustees to order work done or
improvement made, and the name by which said streets are commonly
known are as follows, to -wit:
(a) All that portion of Bay Avenue, which extends westerly
from the westerly curb line of Thirty -sixth (36th) street to the
easterly curb line of thirty - eighth (38th) street.
(b) All that portion of Thirty -sixth (36th) street which ex-
tends northerly from the northerly curb line of Bay Avenue to a
point on the westerly line of said Thirty -sixth (36th) street form-
ed by the south - easterly corner of Lot 1, Block 136, River section,
Newport Beach, as per map thereof recorded in Book 4, at page 25
Miscellaneous maps, records of Orange County, California.
(c) All that portion of Thirty- eighth (38th) street which ex-
tends Northerly from the norhterly curb line of Bay Avenue to a
point on the Easterly line of Thirty - eighth (38th) street formed

A Resolution
of the Board of Trustees of the city of New-
port Beach, as the
city council of said city, declaring that the
public interest and
also the public convenience requires, and that
it is the intention
of the said Board of Trusteesto establish the

work done or improvement made upon a portion
of certain streets
in the city of Newport Beach, reEering to said
streets by the name
by which they are commonly known, briefly des-
cribing the work to
be done or improvement to be made, directing the
publication of this
resolution, designating the newspaper in which
such publication shall
be made and ordering notices posted.
The Board
of Trustees of.the city of Newport Beach, as
the city council of
the said city, does hereby resolve and declare
