A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF NEWPORT
BEACH, ADOPTING CERTAIN PLANS PROFILES AND ASSESSMENT DIAGRAM FOR
THE IMPROVEMENT OF CERTAIN PORTIONS OF OCEAN AVENUE 1N THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH.
Be it resolved by the Board of Trustees of the City of
Newport Beach, that the following plans, profiles and assessment
diagram for the improvement of certain portions of Ocean A,,enue in
the City of Newport Beach, be and the same are hereby adopted.
1. That the Plan and Profile of Ocean Avenue, from the
easterly line of Thirty -Sixth Street to a line 25 feet easterly of
and parallel with the easterly line of Twenty -Third Street, and
numbered, Plan No. 100;
That the Plan and Details of Board Walk on pile bents
along the northeasterly line of Ocean Avenue, and numbered, Plan
No. 101;
That the plat, showing the exterior boundaries cf the
territory to be included in the assessment district and the prop-
erty affected or benefited by the proposed work of improvement as
shown on above mentioned Plans Nos. 100 and 1C1.
2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
resolution and shall cause the same to be entered in the Book of
Resolutions and a minute of the passage thereof in the records of
the Board of Trustees of the meeting at which it was passed, and
the President of the board of Trustees shall sign said plans, pro-
files and assessment diagram, and attested to by the City Clerk.
Passed and approved, this 29 day of January, 1917.

passed by the Board of Trustees of the City of Newport Beach, and

Clerk, all at a regular adjourned meeting of said Board held on the
29 day of January, 1917, and was passed by the following vote, to-
wit:
