RESOLUTION NO. 98
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH ADOPTING CERTAIN PLANS, PROFILES
AND ASSESSMENT DIAGRAM FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF CER-
TAIN PORTIONS OF CENTRAL AVENUE AND OTHER STREETS,
AVENUES, ALLEYS, RIGHT OF WAY AND PROPERTY OWNED
BY SAID CITY
The Board of Trustees of the City of Newport Beach do re-
solve as follows:
Section One
That the following plans prepared by the City Engineer of
the City of Newport Beach for the improvement of certain portions
Bf Central Avenue and other streets, avenues, alleys, right of way
and property owned by said City as follows, to wit:
Plan No. 2009 Sheet No. 1; Plan No. 200, Sheet No. 2; Plan No, 200
Sheet No. 3; Plan No. 200, Sheet No. 4; Plan No. 2009 Sheet No. 5
and Plans No. 201, 2029 2039 2049 2059 206, 2079 2089 2099 2109
2119 2129 2139 2419 2159 2169 2179 2189 2199 2209 2119 2249 2239
2249 2259 2269 2279 2289 2299 2309 2319 2329 2339 234, 2359 2369
2379 2389 2399 2409 2419 242 for the construction of cement pipe
sanitary sewers, together with manholes, flush - tanks, and other
appurtenances in Central Avenue and other streets, alleys, avenues
and rights of way within said City; also of sewage pumping station ,
together with motors, pumps, and other appurtenances; also of a
re- inforced concrete septic tank, sludge bed, pumping station,
together with other appurtenances on property owned by said City;
And Plan No. 244 Assessment diagram, showing the exterior
boundaries of the district benefited by the proposed work or im-
provement and to be assessed to pay the .costs and expenses of the
said work;
All of said Plans are hereby adopted as the official plans
for the improvement of certain portions of central Avenue and
other avenues, streets, alleys, right of way and property owned
by said City.
Section Two.
The President of the Board of Trustees and theCity Clerk

of the said City of Newport Beach are hereby instructed to sign
the plans, enumerated in Section One of this Resolution.
Section Three
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Resolu-
tion and shall cause a minute of the passage thereof to be entered
into the Records of the Board of Trustees of the meeting at which
it was passed.
Adopted by the Board of Trustees of the City (f Newport
Beach at their regular meeting thereof, held on the 1st day of
July, 1918, and approved this 1st day of July, 1918.
