A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTESo OF THE CITY OF
NE4,FORT BEACH ADOPTING CERTAIN PLANS, PROFILES AND ASoESSMENT
DIAGRAM FOR THE IMPROUEMEP;T OF CERTAIN PORTIONS OF 28th. Street,
3Cth. Street and 31st. Street IN SAID CITY.
The Board of Trustees of the city of Newport Beach do
resolve as follows:
That the following plans prepared by the City Engineer of
the city of Newport Beach for the improvement of certain por-
tions of 28th Street, 3Cth Street and 31st Street within the
said City, to wit:
That Plan No. 25C of 31st Street, Plan No. 251 of 3(th
Street, and Plan No. 252 of 28th Street for the construction
of concrete pavements on those portions of said streets as
shown on said plans;
And that, Plan No. 253- Assessment diagram, showing the
exterior boundaries of the district benefited by the proposed
work or improvement and to be assessed to pay the costs and
expenses of said work;
All of said plans be and the same are hereby adopted as
and for the pnas for doing said work.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution, being Resoluti
No. 106 was duly and regularlSryintroduced and adopted by the
Board of Trustees of the city of Newport Beach, the 2nd day of
June, 1919, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES, TRUSTEES: J.P. Greeley,J.J.Schmitken,Geo.P. Wilson,
J.C.McCain, L.L3. Wilkinson.
NOES, TRUSTEES: None
ABSENT TRUSTEES: None
