A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF NEWPORT
BEACH ADOPTING CERTAIN PLANS, PROFILES AND ASSESSMENT DIAGRAM
FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF CERTAIN PORTIONS OF CENTRAL AVENUE AND OTHER
STREETS, AVENUES, ALLEYS, RIGHTS OF WAY AND PROPERTY OWNED BY
THE CITY.
The Board of Trustees of the City of Newport Beach do res-
olve as follows:
That the following plans prepared by the City Engineer of
the City of Newport Beach for the improvement df certain portions
of Central Avenue and other streets, avenues, alleys, rights of
way and property owned by said City as follows, to wit:.
Plan No. 20C -Sheet No. 1; Plan No. 2GC -Sheet No.2; Plan No.200-
Sheet No-3; Plan No.2GC -Sheet No.4; Plan No. 2GO -Sheet No.5 and
Plans No. 2011201- A,2Ol -B, 201 -C, 2C1 -D, 202g2C3g2G4q2C5q2C6q2G7q
208,209,210, 211, 212, 213,214,215, 216 ,217,218,219,220,221,222,223,
224,225,226,227,228,229,236, 231, 232 ,233,234,235,236,237,238,239,
240,241, and 242 for the construction of cement pipe sanitary
sewers, together with manholes, flush -tanks and other appurten-
ances in Central Avenue and other streets, alleys, avenues and
.rights of way within said City; also of sewage pumping stations,
together with meters, pumps and other appurtenances; also of a
reinforeed concrete septic tank, pumping station, sludge bed,
together with other appurtenances on property owned by said City,
all as shown upon the aforesaid plans, reference to which is here-
by made for a mere particular and complete description of the im-
provements to be made;
And Plan No.244- Assessment daigram, showing the exterior bound-
aries of the district benefited by the proposed wotk or improve-
ment and to be assessed to pay the costs and expenses of the said
work;
All of said Plans are hereby adopted as the official plans
for the improvement of certain portions of Central Avenue and
other avenues, streets, alleys, rights of way and property owned

by said City.
The President of the Board of Trustees and the City Clerk of
the said City of Newport Beach are hereby instructed and author-
ized to sign the plans enumerated in this resolution.
I hereby certify tha the foregoing Resolutions being Resolu-
tion No. 115 was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by
the Board of Trustees of the City of Newport Beach at a regular
meeting of said Board held on the 4th day of August,1919, and
that the same was passed by the following vote, to wit:
AYESgTRUSTEES: J.P. Greeley, J.J. Schmitken,".L. Heard,
L.S. Wilkinson.
Noes,Trustees: None.
Absent Trustees2 J.C.McCain.
