• <br />• <br />C p <br />RESOLUTION NO. . <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY <br />OF NEWPORT BEACH DECLARING THEIR INTENTION TO VACATE, <br />CLOSE UP AND ABANDON FOR PUBLIC STREET PURPOSES CERTAIN <br />PORTIONS OF OCEAN BOULEVARD AND CERTAIN OTHER STREETS <br />WITHIN THE SAID CITY. <br />c C <br />The Board of Trustees of the City of Newport Beach do resolve <br />as follows: <br />SECTION I <br />It is the intention of the Board of Trustees to order certain <br />portions of public streets hereinafter described within said City to <br />be closed up, vacated and abandoned for public street purposes; the <br />said portions of said streets to be closed up, vacated and abandoned <br />for public street purposes are described as follows, to -wit: <br />1. All that portion of 30th Avenue (sometimes called Carnation <br />Avenue) as shown upon a Map of Re- subdivision of Corona del Mar, as <br />recorded in Miscellaneous Maps Book 4, page 67, Records of Orange <br />County, California, from the southwesterly line of Ocean Boulevard <br />to a line which line is 60 feet northeasterly of and parallel with <br />the southwesterly line of said Ocean Boulevard. <br />2.
