A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH DIRECTING CERTAIN WORK OR
IMPROVEMENT TO BE DONE UNDER THE DIRECTION OF
THE CITY ENGINEER OF SAID CITY.
The Board of Trustees of the City of Newport Beach do
resolve as follows:
WHEREAS, The hoard of Trustees of the City of Newport
Beach did on the 6� day of August, 1924, pass a Resolution
No. 2--ml ordering the improvement of certain portions of
McFadden Place and 21st Street *ithin said City under the Improve-
went Act of 1911, and the Amendments to said Act; and
WHEREAS, Said Board desires that said work be done under
the direction of the City Engineer; now
THEREFORE, The Board of Trustees of the City of Newport
Beach hereby resolve and direct that the aforesaid work shall be
done under the direction of the City Engineer, and the materials
used shall comply with the specifications and be to the satisfac-
tion of the City Engineer, instead of the Superintendent of Streets.
