CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH ADOPTING CERTAIN PLANS
FOR THE IMPROVEYENT OF CERTAIN PORTIONS OF
COAST BOULEVARD AND CERTAIN OTHER STREETS,
AVENUES AND ALLEYS -ITHIN SAID CITY.

The Board of Trustees of the City of Newport Beach do
resolve ae follows-
That the following plans and plat prepared by the City
Engineer of said City for the imorovement of certain portions of
Coast Boulevard and certain other streets, avenues and alleys
within said City, to -grit:
That Plan No. 305, designated, "City of Newport Beach,
California, Plan No. 305, plans and profiles of certr•in portions
of Coast Boulevard and certain other streets, avenues and alleys
within said City, for the c-mstruction of reservoirs, pumping
Plant, i7ater distribution system for domestic and fire protection
purposes, and appurtenances thereto ", and Plat designated, "PlE..t
Yo. 306 of assessment district for the improvement of certain
portions of Coast Boulevard and certain other streets, avenues and
alleys in the City of Ner-Dort Beach, California+', be and the same
are hereby adopted as the plans for doing said rork, and the Dlat
for said assessment district.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution, being,
