• RESOLUTION NO.,3?y. <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE <br />• CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH DECLARING ITS INTENTION <br />TO ORDER THE IMPROVEMENT OF CERTAIN PORTIONS <br />OF COAST BOULEVARD AND CERTAIN OTHER STREETS, <br />AVENUES AND ALLEYS WITHIN SAID CITY, AND CER- <br />TAIN PROPERTY AND RIGHTS -OF -SPAY OWNED BY SAID <br />CITY, UNDER THE IMPROVEMENT ACT OF 1911 AND <br />THE AMENDMENTS TO SAID ACT. <br />- - o 0 o - - <br />The Board of Trustees of the City of Newport Beach does <br />resolve as follows: <br />SECTION 1. <br />That the public interest and convenience require, and <br />it is the intention of the Board of Trustees of the City of Newport <br />Beach, California, to order the construction of the following <br />described work and improvement in said City, to -wit: <br />(a) That pipes, hydrants and other appliances and appurte- <br />nances for supplying and distributing domestic water, and for fire <br />protection be constructed in certain portions of the following <br />described streets, alleys and rights -of -way owned by said City: <br />1. In Fifth Avenue from a line 246.35 feet southeasterly of <br />and parallel with the southeasterly line of Begonia Avenue (some- <br />times called 29th Avenue) to a line fourteen (14) feet northwesterly <br />of and parallel with the southeasterly line of Poppy Avenue; <br />2. In Coast Boulevard and a portion of Fifth Avenue from a <br />line 14 feet northwesterly of and parallel with the southeasterly <br />line of Avocado Avenue to the junction of two pipe lines at the <br />termination of Fifth Avenue in Coast Boulevard, which junction is <br />246.35 feet southeasterly of and parallel with the southeasterly <br />line of Begonia Avenue (sometimes called 29th Avenue); and thence <br />southwesterly from the aforesaid Junction along a line 246.35 feet <br />southeasterly of and parallel with the aforesaid southeasterly <br />line of Begonia Avenue, a distance of 40 feet to a point in the <br />pipe line in Coast Boulevard;-thence in Coast Boulevard from the <br />
