A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH RESCINDING CERTAIN
RESOLUTIONS FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF PARK
AVENUE AND CERTAIN OTHR STREETS AND AVENUES
ON BALBOA ISLAND WITHIN SAID CITY.

The Board of Trustees of the City of Newport Beach do
resolve as follows;
SECTION I.
Resolution No. 299 passed by said Board of Trustees
on the 3rd day of November, 1924, and entitled, "A Resolution of
the Board of Trustees of the City of Newport Beach adopting plans
for the improvement of certain portions of Park Avenue and cer-
tain other streets on-Balboa Island within said City", and
Resolution No. 300 passed by said Board of Trustees
on the 3rd day of November, 1924, and entitled, °A Resolution of
the Board of Trustees of the City of Newport Beach declaring its
intention to order the improvement of Park Avenue and certain other
streets and avenues on Balboa Island within said City, under the
Improvement Act of 1911, and the Amendments to said Act", are here-
by rescinded so far as the same relate to the declaration of in-
tention to order, or to the ordering of the improvements therein
described, and each and all thereof, and all proceedings for the
construction of said improvements and each and all of them are
hereby abandoned.
