R?SOLUTION 130. 318
A resolution by the Board of Trustees of the City of
Ne•:rport Beach us the legislative body thcreof, declaring that the
-public interest and necessity demands the co-iplotion of the
municipal water systeri of the City of Ile -port Beach and the cost
of °•hich ^ill be too great to ')e paid out of the ordinary annual
income and revenue of the City of Iles -port Beach.
The Board of Trustees of the City of Newport Bc ,.ch do
determine and resolve as follors:
Section 1. The public interest and .1so the g.jblic
necessity iemanJs the co pletion of the municipal ,rater sy�,te.p of
the City of ile,7port Beech consisting of the acouisition of :-rater
bearing lends, right of ay and reservoir sites, ^ater pipes,
pu:.ns, engines, equipment and apnara.tus and the installation
thereof for the 7roduction, storing and distribution of -.,:ester for
domestic use and for the prevention and extinguishment of fire.
Section 2. The completion of the municipal :rater system
of tho City of Ilewport Beach is necessary in order to provide and
furnish to all of the inhabit:znts thereof a constant su*iply of
fresh and wholesome eater for domestic purposes and to ',7e used in
the extinguishment of fire.
Section 3. The cost of the completion of the [.unicinal
,rater system of the City of Newport Beach is estimated to be
Three Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars (y350,0 90.00) and will be too
great to be paid out of the ordinary annual income and rcvcnue of
the City of Newport 313 -lash.
The above and foregoing resolution No. 318 wa.s duly
intooduced rsafore the Board of Trustees of the City of Nerroort
Beach at a rc�,ular meeting thereof hold on the 26th c?,y of
January, 1325, finally considered, passed and approved by said
Board of Trustees at a regular meeting thereof held the 1.nd day
