For further particulars, reference is hereby made to said Resolution of In- tention No. 304, and to the plans, profiles, drawings end cross - sections on file in the office of the City Engineer of said City, and according to the specifications on file in the office of the -City Clerk of said City, and all of said plans, profiles, draw- ings, cross - sections and specifications heretofore approved by said Board of Trustees are incorporated herein and made a part hereof, and reference is hereby made thereto for a more particular description of said work. SECTION II. The said Board of Trustees also determined and declared that serial bonds to represent the rate of seven (7) per in the manner provided by last installment of which from the second day of Ju their date. unpaid assessments and bear interest at cent per annum shall be issued hereunder the Improvement Bond Act of 1915, the bonds shill mature fourteen (14) years Ly next succeeding ten (10) months from SECTION III. The said Board of Trustees also determined and declared that the contemplated work and improvement hereinbefore mentioned was, in the opinion of the said Board of Trustees, of more than local or ordinary public benefit and the expense of said work and im- provement has been made chargeable upon a district. For a par- ticular description of said district, reference is hereby made to • said Resolution of Intention. SECTION IV. The Clerk of this Board is hereby directed to publish a notice of this award twice in the Newport News, a weekly newspaper printed, published and circulated in said City, and hereby designated for rn • that purpose, (there being no daily newspaper published in said City).
