Y 4C .! cs'l t <br />l <br />RESOLUTION NO., <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE <br />CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH DECLARING THEIR INTEN- <br />TION TO VACATE, CLOSE -UP AND ABANDON FOR <br />.PUBLIC STREET PURPOSES A CERTAIN PORTION OF <br />CARNATION AVENUE WITHIN SAID CITY. <br />0 0 0 0 0 0 <br />The Board of Trustees of the City of Newport Beach do <br />resolve as follows: <br />SECTION I. <br />It is the intention of the Board of Trustees to order <br />that portion of the public street hereinafter described, within <br />the said City, to be closed -up, vacated and abandoned for public <br />street purposes. The said portion of said street to be closed - <br />up, vacated and abandoned for public street purposes is described <br />as follows, to -wit: <br />All that portion of Carnation Avenue (sometimes called <br />30th Avenue) within the said City, from the southwesterly line of <br />First Avenue(sometimes called 53rd Place) to the northeasterly <br />line of Pacific Drive(sometimes called Electric Way Street). <br />SECTION II. <br />That the public work herein provided for is the closing- <br />up of the portion of Carnation Avenue (sometimes called 30th Ave- <br />nue) herein described in Section 1, and it appearing to the Board <br />of Trustees that there are no costs, damages or expenses caused <br />by or arising out of said work, and that no assessment is necessary <br />to pay the costs, damages or expenses of said work, and that, <br />therefor, no assessment district of lands to be affected or ben- <br />efited by said work or improvement is necessary. <br />SECTION III. <br />The Street Superintendent of the City of Nei-port Beach <br />-1- <br />ti <br />
