RESOLUTION NO. 330
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
CITY OF NE'd'PORT BEACH ADOPTING CERTAIN PLANS
FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF CERTAIN PORTIONS OF
COAST BOULEVARD WITHIN SAID CITY.
The Board of Trustees of the City of Nei -port Beach
do resolve as follows:
That the following plans and plat prepared by the City
Engineer of said City for the improvement of certain portions of
Coast Boulevard within said city, to -wit:
That Plan No. 313, designated "City of Newport Beach,
California, Plan No. 313, plan of ornamental street lighting
system on Coast Boulevard from 38th Street to the Santa Ana River ",
and Plat No. 314, designated "Plat No. 314 of assessment district
for the improvement of certain portions of Coast Boulevard in the
City of Ne -port Beach, California,,, be and the same are hereby
adopted as the plans for doing said work and the platfoi said
assessment district.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution, being
Resolution No.330, was duly adopttedb the Board of Trustees of
the City of Newport Beach this [� — day of elyz_ 1925,
by the following vote,- to-wit:
