RESOLUTION NO. .3V0
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH CONFIRMING
THE ASSESSMENT FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF CERTAIN
PORTIONS OF PARK AVENUE AND CERTAIN OTHER
CITY.
WHEREAS, Pursuant to statute, the Superintendent of Streets
of the City of Newport Beach made and filed nith the
City Clerk of said City on the 20th ._ day of August
1925 his assessment and diagram for the improvement of certain
portions of Park Avenue and certain other streets and ay-enuea
on Balboa Island
in said City, as described in Resolution of Intention No. 312
passed by the Board of Trustees of said City on the 5th day
of Janua
, 1925 , and
WHEREAS, Notice was duly given in the manner and form re-
quired by law for all interested persons to appear before the
Board of Trustees, in the Council Chamber of the City Hall, at the
hour of 7;30 o'clock, P.M. of Tuesday , the 8th
day of September 1925 , and show cause why the said
Board of Trustees should not confirm said assessment, and
WHEREAS, All interested persons having appeared before this
Board of Trustees, and having been given full opportunity to show
cause -hy said assessment should not be confirmed, and all ob-
jections presented having been heard and fully considered, non
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Trustees of the City of
Newport Beach as follo77s :
That no cause has been sho:nn rhy the Baid assessment should
not be confirmed;

THEREFORE, The Board of Trustees of the City of Newport
Beach does hereby approve and confirm the said assess-
ment, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Superintendent of Streets of
said City of Newport Beach be and he is hereby authorized
and directed to attach a :warrant to said assessment and record the
same in the manner and form required by lacy, and thereafter to
deliver the same to the Contractor or its assignee.
