Resolution No. 346.
A Resolution by the Board of Trustees of the city of
Newport Beach authorizing the sale at private sale of the bonds
of said city in the sum of $350,000.00 for the completion of the
municipal water works thereof.
Resolved, that the Board of Trustees of the city of New-
port Beach offer for sale and sell at private sale without other
a additional advertisement the $350,000.00 bonds of the city of
Newport Beach for the ompletion of the municipal water works there-
of, represented by 350 bonds each is the denomination of $1000.00,
all dated the let day of Ootob Sr1925, but for not less thantheir
par value and the interest accrued thereon at the date of their de-
livery.
The above and foregoing Resolution No. 346 was passed and
adopted on the 5th day of October, 1925, by the Board of Tnstees of
the city of Newport Beach at a regular meeting thereof, and on said
day signed and approved by Geo. P. Wilson, President of said Board
of Trustees,the same being gassed by the affirmative vote of the
following named members of said Board of Trustees:
