Resolved, that that certain deed executed by Edna H.
Ferguson Storey on the "� ay o a, _, 1925, to and in
favor of the city of Newport Beach, a municipal torpor -tion, to-
gether with the land therein described, g:anted,and conveyed, be
and the same is hereby accepted by the city of Newport Beach.
Resolved, that a certified copy of this Resolution be
attached to said deed and recorded therewith.
The foregoing Resolution No. was duly intro d ced,
and passed by the Board of Trustees of the city of Newport Beach
Pt e regular meeting thereof held the 2nd day of Nbvember,1925,
by the followinz vote:
