RESOLUTION NO.
A Resolution accepting, on behalf of the city of
Newport Beach as grantee, a grant of real property
from Pacific Electric Railway Company.
Resolved, that that certain deed executed by Pacific Elec-
tric Railway Company on the 22nd day of October, 1925, to and in
favor of the City of Newport Beach, a municipal corporation, togethe
with the land therein described, granted, and conveyed, be and the
same is hereby accepted by the City of Newport Beach.
Resolved,that a certified copy of this Resolution be attac
ed to saiddeed and recorded therewith.
The foregoing Resolution No.M was duly introduced and
passed by the Board of Trustees of the City of Newport Beach at a
regular meeting thereof held the 2nd day of November,1925, by the
following vote:

I, V. A. Sebring, the duly elected, qualified and acting
Clerk of the city of Newport Beach, do hereby certify the foregoing
to be a full, true, and correct copy of Resolution No.3f3 of said
city. I have carefully comparedthe same with the original which is
and remains on file in my office. This certificate is in due form
and by the proper officer.
