A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE

WHEREAS, Pursuant to statute, the Superintendent of Streets
of the City
of
Newport Beach
made
and filed with the
City Clerk
of
said City on the 2nd.
day of
December_ ,
192 5, his assessment and diagram for the improvement of certain
portions of
and certain other streets and avenues
on Ra' oa Island
in said City, as described in Resolution of Intention No. 323 ,
passed by the Board of Trustees of said City on the 16th. day
of February , 1925 , and
WHEREAS, Notice was duly given in the manner and form re-
quired by law for all interested persons to appear before the
Board of Trustees, in the Council Chamber of the City Hall, at the
hour of 7.30 o'clock, P.M. of I.IondaV , the 21st.
day of December , 192rq and show cause why the said
Board of Trustees should not confirm said assessment, and
WHEREAS, All interested persons having appeared before this
Board of Trustees, and having been given full opportunity to show
cause *shy said assessment should not be confirmed, and all ob-
jectiona presented having been heard and fully considered, now
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Trustees of the City of
Newport Beach as follows:
That no cause has been shown !7hy the said assessment should
not be confirmed;

THEREFORE, The Board of Trustees of the City of nTPrr

Beach does hereby approve and confirm the said assess-
ment, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Superintendent of Streets of
said City of Fesport Beach be and he is hereby authorized
and directed to attach a warrant to said assessment and record the
same in the manner and form required by lava, and thereafter to
deliver the same to the Contractor or its assignee.
I hereby certify that the above and foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly passed by the Board of Trustees of the City of
Neyiport Beach on the � day of December ,
