Section2.
The work ordered done is for closing up two certain
alleys and one street, and it appears that no aesesament is n,ces-
sary and for that reason no commissioners are appointed.
The above and foregoing Resolution No. 1Gl was regularly
introduced before and passed by the Board of Trustees of the city
of Newport Beach at a regular meeting thereof held they day
of 1926 by the following vote:
