T BEACH DECLARING ITS 1i1`T'ENTIOI1 <br />TO ORDER THE IsPROVEKENT OF CERTAIN PORTIONS <br />OF COAST BOULEVARD AND CERTAIN OtH'AR STREETS <br />AND AVENUES IN COROKA DEL i.AR, ?'7ITHIN SAID <br />CITY, UNDER T''? ImPHOV ME ?T ACT OF 1911, AND <br />THE A - IEITDi:ENT S TO &IID ACT. <br />The Board of Trustees of the City of Newport Beach do <br />resolve as follows: <br />SECTION I <br />That the public interest and convenience require, and <br />it is the intention of the Board of Trustees of the City of Newport <br />Beach, California, to order the construction of the following <br />described work and improvement in said City, to-wit: <br />1. That the following described portions of streets be <br />graded, the road,-tays thereof paved with macadam pavement, and cement <br />concrete curbs and cement concrete gutters constructed along bot;1 <br />5alw <br />sides of ths roadways, and also cement concrete sidewalks con- <br />strutted along both sides of said streets: <br />(a) Acacia Avenue from the southwesterly line of Coast <br />Boulevard to the southwesterly line of Second Avenue, and from the <br />northwesterly prolongation of the northeasterly line of First <br />Avenue to the northeasterly line of Pacific Drive; <br />(b) Begonia Avenue from the southwesterly line of Coast <br />Boulevard to a line, which line is one hundred forty -five (145) <br />feet southwesterly of and parallel with the southwesterly line of <br />First Avenue; <br />(c) Carnation Avenue from the northeasterly line of Fourth <br />Avenue to a line, which line is one hundred ninety (190) feet <br />southwesterly of and parallel with the southwesterly line of <br />Second Avenue; <br />(d) Dahlia Avenue from the southwesterly line of Fifth <br />Avenue to the easterly line of Coast Boulevard, and from a line <br />45.74 feet nesterly of and parallel with the westerly line of <br />- 1 - <br />
