RESOLUTION NO. IZZ-
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH DIRECTING CERTAIN WORK
OR IMPROVEMENT TO BE DONE UNDER THE DIRECTION
OF THE CITY ENGINEER OF SAID CITY.

The Board of Trustees of the City of Newport Beach do-
resolve as follows:
WHEREAS, the Boar of Trustees of the City of Newport
Beach did, on the — day of , 1926, pass a
Resolution No. .3 % , ordering the improvement of certain por-
tions of Coast Boulevard and certain other streets and avenues in
Corona del Mar, within said City, under the Improvement Act of
1911, and the Amendments to said Act; and
WHEREAS, said Board desires that said work be done under
the direction of the City Engineer;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Trustees of the City of
Newport Beach hereby resolve and direct that the aforesaid work
shall be done under the direction of the City Engineer, and the
materials used shall comply with the specifications and be to the
satisfaction of the City Engineer instead of the Superintendent
of Streets.
