RESOLUTION NO.3��•
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
CITY OF NE17PORT BEACH ADOPTING CERTAIN PLANS
FOR THE IMPROVELENT OF CERTAIN PORTIONS OF
SOUTH PROMENADE AND OTHER STREETS IN SECTION
5, BALBOA ISLAND, '4ITHIN SAID CITY.
The Board of Trustees of the City of Newport Beach do
resolve as follows:
That the following plans and plat prepared by the City
Engineer of said City for the improvement of certain portions of
South Promenade and other streets in Section 5, Balboa Island,
within said City, to -wit:
That Plan No. 332, designated "City of Newport Beach,
California, Plan No. 332, plans and profiles for the improvement
of certain portions of South Promenade and other streets in
Section 5, of Balboa Island ", and Plat No. 333, designated,
"Plat No. 333, of assessment district for the improvement of
certain portions of South Promenade and other streets in Section
5, Balboa Island, in the City of Newport Beach, California", be
and the same are hereby adopted as the plans for doing said work,
and the plat for said assessment district.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution, being
Resolution No. 3 9k 3 was duly adopted by the Board of Trustees
