A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
' THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH ORDERING A
CERTAIN GRANT DEED RECORDED.

M,MEAS, W. S. Sparr did, on the 28th day of October,
1926, deed to the.City of Newport Beach a portion of Lots 22,
24, 26, 28, 30, 32 and 34, of Block A -36, of Corona del Mar, as
per map thereof recorded in Yiscellaneous A?aps, Book 3, pages
41 and 42, Records of Orange County, California, for street
purposes; and
7EEREAS. the Board of Trustees of the City of Ne -port
Beach, at their regular meeting held on the 1-24 day of
1926, did, by motion, accept said deed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Clerk
be, and he is, hereby instructed and authorized to have said
deed recorded in the office of the Recorder of Orange County,
California.

Beach, do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution, being
Resolution No. was duly adopted by the Board of
Trustees of the City of Newport Beach, at their regular meeting
