• A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH ADOPTING CERTAIN PLANS
FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF CERTAIN PORTIONS OF
BEAVIEW AVENUE AND CERTAIN OTHER STREETS,
WITHIN SAID CITY.

The Board of Trustees of the City of Newport Beach do
resolve as follows:
That the following plans and plat prepared by the City
Engineer of said City for the improvement of certain portions of
Seaview Avenue and certain other streets within said City, to -wit:
That Plan No. 328, designated, "Plan No. 328, plans and
profiles for the improvement of certain portions of Seaview Avenue
and certain other streets and avenues in Corona del Mar, within
said City ", and Plat No. 329, designated, "Plat No. 329 of
assessment district for the improvement of Seaview Avenue and
certain other streets and avenues in Corona del Mar, in,the City
of Newport Beach, California ", be and the same are hereby adopted
as the plans for doing said work, and the plat for said assessment
district.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution, being
Resolution No. ✓� S"� , was duly adopted by the Board of Trustees
of the City of Newport Beach, this day of
1926, by the following vote, to-wit-
