A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
CITY OF NE'rPORT BEACH DIRECTING CERTAIN WORK
OR IhPROVE' "ENT TO BE DONE UNDER THE DIRECTION
OF THE CITY ENGINEER OF SAID CITY.

The Board of Trustees of the City of Newport Beach do
resolve as follows:
WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the City of Newport
Beach did, on the —day of pass a Resolution,
No. .3 99 ordering the improvement of certain portions of
Seaviiely Avenue and certain other streets and avenues in Corona
del Var, within said City, under the Improvement Act of 1911, and
the Amendments to said Act; and
WHEREAS, said Board desires that said work be done under
the direction of the City Engineer; now
THEREFORE, the Board of Trustees of the City of Ne-port
Beach hereby resolves and directs that the aforesaid work .shall be
done under the direction of the City Engineer, and the materials used
shall comply ^rith the specifications and be to the sptisfaction of
the City Engineer instead of the Superintendent of Streets.
