RESOLUTION NO. 401
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH ADOPTING CERTAIN PLANS
FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF CERTAIN PORTIONS OF.,
22nd STREET, THE ARCADE AND CERTAIN OTHER
STREETS WITHIN SAID CITY.

The Board of Trustees of the City of Newport Beach
do resolve as follows:
That the following plans and plat prepared by the City
Engineer of said City for the improvement of certain portions of
22nd Street, The Arcade and certain other streets, within said
City, to -wit:
That P1an5o. 334, designated, "Plan No. 334, plans and
profiles for the improvement of certain portions of 22nd Street,
The Arcade and certain other streets and alleys, within said City',
and Plat No. 335, designated, "Plat No. 335 of Assessment District
for the improvement of certain portions of 22nd Street, The
Arcade and certain other streets and alleys, in the City of
Newport Beach, California", be and the same are hereby adopted
as the plans for doing said work, and the plat for said assessment
district.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution, being
Resolution No. was duly adopted by the Board of Trustees
of the City of Newport Beach this day of, ,
