• 3 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH, ACCEPTING CERTAIN EASEMENTS
4 HERETOFORE DEDICATED AND GRANTED TO THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH AND SHOWN ON A MAP OF TRACT
5 NO. 907 RECORDED JN MISCELLANEOUS MAPS, BOOK
28, PAGES 25 to 36 INCLUSIVE, RECORDS OF ORANGE
6 COUNTY, CALIFORNIA.

g WHEREAS, the Title Insurance and Trust Company, a
9 corporation, filed a map of record of Tract No. 907 on September
10 7 a $ 1928, and said map was recorded in Miscellaneous Maps,
11 Book 28, Pages 25 to 36 inclusive, records of Orange County,
12 California; and
13 WHEREAS, the said Title Insurance and Trust Company
14 in filing said map, granted and dedicated to the City of Newport
15 Beach easements over those strips and parcels of land delineated
16 on said map and designated tnereon for storm drain and public
17 utility purposes.
18 ' NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of
19 Newport. Beach do resolve as follows;
20 Section 1: That the easement or right —of —way
21 heretofore referred to and shown on said recorded map as an
22 "Easement to the City of Newport Beach for public utility
23 purposes", be, and the same is hereby accepted by the City Council
24 of the City of Newport Beach.

27 duly passed by the City Council of the City of Newport Beach
• 28 at their regular meeting thereof held on the 4th day of March,
• 29 1928, and that the same was passed by the following vote, to—wit:
