RESOLUTION NO. 492.
• A Grant D"d from The Irvine Company, a West
Virginia Corporation, to the City of Newport Beach, a Municipal
Corporation of the State of California, dated the 13th day of
April, 1928, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars
(010.00), granting to said City of Newport Beaoh, the following
described real property situate in the County df Orange, State
of California, and more particularly described as follows, to -wit:
All that certain pioce or parcel of land being
a portion of Section 350 Township 6 South, Range 10 Vest,
San Bernardino Base and Meridian, described as beginnin
the following courses and distances from the oommon corner
of Sections 260 270 34 and 35 of the aforesaid Township 6

beginning; thence south 71 541 East; a distance of 290.24

was presented to the City Council:
WHEREUPON, Trustee _Lloyd Claire, made a
motion duly seconded by Trustee Paul B. Ellsworth, and
carried, that said Grant Deed be accepted by the City of Newport
Beach and the Clark record the came forthwith with the County
Recorder of the County of Orango, State of California.
That said motion was duly carried by the following
vote, to -wit:
