The City Council of the City of iievport Beach does
resolve as follows:
WHtRrAS, the City Council 02 the City of Deuport
Beach, did, on the 7th day of April, 1980, pass 'Iesolution

streets and avenues within the said City under the "Improvement
,hot of 191111 and amendments o2 said Act, and

under the diredtion of the City Eggineer o2 the City of 11ouport
Beach.
