The Hewport News, a vaoekly newspaper pridcod, published and circulated in the City of Necaport Beach is hereby tesignated as the newspaper in which this Resolution of Intention shall be publich- ed, and for the publication of all other notices, resolutions, orders or other matters required to be published by the provisions of the Improvement Act of 1811, and amendments thereto, hereinafter referred to, and the City Clerk of said City is hereby directed to cause this Resolution of Intention to be published by two (2) insertions in said newspaper in the manner and form required by law. Tho.City Council does not deem it adnisable that the City C1 =•rk mail copies of the notice of improvement to owners, or reputed oranera, and he is not required to wail the same. POSTING OF NOTICE OF ILIPROVEMENT SECTION 7. The Strut Su!•r;rintendent of said City shall, after the adoption of said Resolution of Intention, cause to be conspicuously posted along the lines of eaid contemplated :cork or improvement and along all the open streets within the hereinbefore described assess - went district, notices of the passage of this Resolution of Intention, in the manner ancr form required by lacy.
