RESOLUTION N0. 623.
WHEREAS, on the 15th day of September, 1930, the City
Council of the City of Newport Beach passed Resolution No. 619
of said City Council, entitled as follows: "A Resolution
of the City Council of the City of Newport Beach, California,
relating to the issuance of Street Improvement Bonds, pursuant
to Resolution of Intention No. 551, determining the amount of
unpaid assessments, prescribing the denomination of such bonds
and providing for their issuance ", and
WHEREAS, said resolution was not legal in that the
notice of filing list of unpaid assessments had not been pub-
lished in the newspaper, in accordance with the street improve-
ment act.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Newport Beach
desires to cancel, annull, and rescind the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That Resolution No. 619
of the City of Newport Beach bend the same is hereby cancelled,
annulled, rescinded and set aside, and the same is hereby declared
to be of no further force or effect for any purpose whatever.
The above and foregoing Resolution was passed, adopted
and approved by the City Council of the City of Newport Beach at
a regular meeting thereof held on the 6th day of October, 1930,
by the following vote, to -wit:

The above and foregoing Resolution No. / 23 is approved by
me this 6th day of October, 1930.
