RESOLUTION NO. Z 2 z,
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 345 of the City of Newport Beach
and amendments thereto, authorizes and empowers the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach to make the changes hereinafter
provided for in the traffic reguiations of said City.
NOWT THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That parking of motor
vehicles in said city on0entral Avenue between Main Street and
Washington Street, be and the same is hereby limited to ten (10)
minutes, between the hours of eight o'clock A. M. and six
o'clock P. M. on each day; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the limited parking zone
heretofore mentioned on Central Avenue be designated by painting
the street curbs thereof a green color and by the erection of
appropriate signs thereon at not more than feet apart,
informing the public that parking in said zone is limited to ten
(10) minutes between the hours heretofore specified.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That parking of motor vehicles
be and the same is absolutely prohibited on Alvarado Street ;in
said City of Newport Beach ^:a 4-� the _.._w- Don an±+-8-bleeb , _
appropriate signs erected
thereon informing the public that parking motor vehicles is
absolutely prohibited on said street; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That parking of motor vehicles
be and the same is hereby absolutely prohibited on the east side
of Agate Street in the City of Newport Beach from Bay Front to
Park Avenue, Balboa Island, and that the east curb of said Agate
Street between the streets aforesaid, be painted a
color, and thatappropriate signs be erected thereon informing the
32 public that the parking of motor vehicles is absolutely prohibited
on said side of said street.
