IN THE MATTER OF ACQUISITION AND )
RESOLIITIOR APPROVING
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 2 OF THE
SPECIFICATIONS
CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH, CALIFORNIA. )
WHEREAS, R. L. Patterson, City Engineer of the City
of Newport Beach, California, has heretofore been appointed
to prepare specifications for the contemplated acquisitions
under proceedings to be had and taken in the matter of Acquisi-
tion and Improvement District Yo.2 of the City of Newport Beach,
California, pursuant to the provisions of the "Acquisition and
Improvement Act of 1925 "1 and amendments to said act, and
WHEREAS, said R. L. Patterson has prepared and fur-
nished said specifications pursuant to said appointment and

did on the �- day of vrWie� , 1930, present said speci-
fications duly signed to the City Council of the City of New-
port Beach, said specifications consisting of the following:

Part I. Plat No. 386 showing the "Assessment District"
as proposed; also Plan No. 385, showing prop -
erties and rights of way to be acquired.
Part II. Descriptions of properties to be acquired for
sewage treatment and disposal plant purposes,
of property to be acquired for a public way
and of easements or rights of way for sanitary
sewer purposes,
Part III. Statement of total estimated cost of acquisi-
tions including incidental expenses.
Part IV. Description of the district to be benefited and
to be known as the. "Assessment District" as
proposed;
WHEREAS, the said City Council has examined and con-
sidered said specifications and all documents, maps and estimates
comprising and referred to in the same and deems that the public
interest, convenience and necessity require the acquisitions
therein provided for in the manner therein set forth;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the said speci-
fications in the matter of Acquisition and Improvement District
No. 2 of the City of Newport Beach be and the same are hereby
approved as presented without modifications or changes, and
specifically that the plat indicating by a boundary line the
extent of the territory to be included within the proposed
assessment district be approved, and it is hereby ordered that
all of the foregoing specifications be placed on file with the
City Clerk of the City of Newport Beach, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the said
City of Newport Beach, California, this / %T day of
